Last month we had the opportunity of touring several Napa and Sonoma locations for a summer 2018 wedding that we are planning with an out of town couple. We wanted to share a few photos of each location that we explored.
Our first stop was in Napa at the Calistoga Ranch. We loved the secluded, outdoor vibe of this location with so much beauty all around.
This outdoor living room is included with every room and allows guests to enjoy everything Napa has to offer.
Solage Resort in Napa is another beautiful property with really cool amenities for guests to enjoy while staying at the property. A first class spa and restaurant complete the Wine Country experience that friends and family will enjoy while here. We also loved this outdoor patio with a spectacular fire feature for relaxing next to just outside of the dinner and dancing space.
The next day brought us to Sonoma where we were able to see many more venues with gorgeous outdoor spaces. The barn and oak trees at Annadel were breathtaking and captured the old world feeling of Sonoma.
It was easy to imagine the ruins on the property for a lovely sunset dinner amongst all of the history here.
This barn located at Cornerstone allows for dancing and lounge set up after dinner.
Ceremonies at the pond near Tyge William have vistas of the Sonoma County hills and vineyards surrounding its property.
Every time we visit the Sonoma Golf Club we fall more and more in love with the old oak tree. This makes for an incredible backdrop to ceremonies on the lawn.
Our last stop was at Carneros Resort which is located in the Carneros region of Napa with gorgeous views of the surrounding landscape. The resort has a spectacular restaurant and spa on property along with a fantastic pool and spa for a relaxing weekend with friends and family
There are so many reasons to plan a wedding in the Wine Country but I guess our favorite is that it is so peaceful and beautiful and allows for a weekend spent with those that are most important to you to celebrate your wedding with!
